Whether you are one of the 6.6 million Australians who invest in ASX listed companies or one of the 2.3 million Australians looking to invest, you are in the right place.

Historically we know there has been a pattern of one-way communication between retail investors and listed companies. Retail investors are accustomed to buying shares, investing in companies, technically owning part of a company and then having radio silence until we receive the quarterly report or dividend. Diolog enables investors to have two-way communication the companies they invest in, all in one place.

Step 1: Add companies you invest in

You can add companies to Diolog by clicking on “Add companies'' then searching by company name or ASX code. Adding a company to your Diolog app means you will be able to see their latest announcements, ask them questions, add their events to your calendar and more. When you add a company you can indicate whether you are a current or potential investor.

Step 2: Find relevant announcements

You can now see all the latest announcements and updates from the companies you invest in or are looking to invest in. Latest company announcements are shown on the home screen, however if you want to view all the announcements from a specific company, visit their company profile. Get information and answers straight from the source.

Step 3: Ask the board a question

Have two-way communication with the companies you invest in. No need to wait until the next AGM or navigate to multiple ‘contact us’ pages, simply click on the company profile and ask a question. This could be something you have wanted to know for a long time or a question prompted from the latest announcement.

You can choose to send questions as a written message or in a voice note!

Step 4: Add events to your calendar

Visit a company profile to see any upcoming events or important dates which you can add to your calendar. The ones we would recommend keeping an eye out for include the AGM, earnings week and key reporting dates.

Step 5: Turn on notifications

Having your push notifications on means you will never miss a beat; get notified when companies publish announcements, respond to your questions or publish events. No need to sift through emails or constantly check websites for information.

If you have any questions or feedback, please let us know! Visit the profile tab on the mobile application and click “report an issue”. Can’t talk to the Board? Get Diolog.
