Our story

Diolog was founded by Amy Benson, a young entrepreneur with a background in communication and innovation. Drawing upon her experience in managing shareholder communications for a private equity firm, Amy witnessed firsthand the challenges faced by companies when trying to communicate with their investors, which often led to investor complaints and frustration.

Having worked closely with a diverse range of companies, from startups to established enterprises, Amy recognised the pressing need for a solution that could overcome the one-way communication pattern inherent within current investor relations practices.

Inspired by her own experiences as an investor, she grew frustrated at having to navigate multiple investor portals and websites, amongst other accessibility barriers, to access crucial information about the companies she had invested in.

And so, the world's first two-way retail investor communication software was established.

Diolog empowers companies to build relationships with their investors via two-way communication, whilst providing investors with an accessible, central point of information and communication with the companies they invest in.

Our big vision

At its core, Diolog was created to make market communication better.

We believe Diolog’s real value lies in enabling companies to own and foster the relationship with their investors, by drawing unique, raw insights from a two-way communication platform.

One of our many goals is to enable listed companies to scale effective two-way communication with their investors and experience the benefits of improving this relationship.

We aim to bridge accessibility gaps for investors who might lack the ability to attend company meetings, navigate complicated investor portals and understand lengthy announcement lists on the ASX.

Right now, we are an ambitious Australian startup enabling companies to listen, engage and respond directly to their investors. Our big vision is to become the global leader for acquisition and analysis of investor communication data for any investment structure which has investors.
